Section A: General Terms

All the products sold by Healthy International ("HI") through this site (the 'Site') are subject to these Terms and Conditions herewith. By submitting your order for processing, you confirm and affirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the HI in the form in which they appear at the time your order is submitted for processing.

You shall provide HI with complete and updated information, which shall include (but shall not be limited to) your name, address telephone number, email address and personal data to ensure the completion of transaction.

General Terms

1.0	Protecting the safety of your personal data is important to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your personal information as it is transmitted to us. SSL is the gold standard in internet encryption technology, which is a fancy way of saying that it is a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website's servers.
1.1	All prices are subject to change without further notice.
1.2	Full payment must be made prior to delivery of our products.
1.3	Payment for any HI ordered through HI can be made by cash, cheque or Telegraphic Transfer.
1.4	HI may change at any time the method by which payments for HI on-line orders may be effected and such changes may be notified to by placing a notice to that effect on HI.
1.5	Customs and import duties are not included if requried. The customer is responsible for payment of any surcharges.
1.6	Prices do not include postage and packing, which will be charged as an additional cost on all orders that are applicable. Once you have completed your shipping, the standard charges will be calculated automatically corresponding to the quantity of purchase and the destination country.
1.7	HI reserves the right to decline any order it may, in its opinion, consider unreliable upon having checked the payment details submitted for that particular order.
1.8	The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute HI acceptance of an order. Prior to HI's acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. HI reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from HI, for any reason.

2.3	HI has the absolute discretion to refuse the potential customer for any reason whatsoever and to terminate your purchase order for any reason whatsoever.
2.4	HI shall make reasonable effort to fulfill orders placed by you through the site, but HI shall not be liable to any person if HI declines to fulfill an order for whatever reason, or if HI is unable to supply an order because of an unforeseen change to the products.
2.5	To the full extent permissible by applicable law, HI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. HI does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from HI are free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall HI be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential, damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if HI has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, art works and materials available from this site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.
