We will provide a 30 days money back guarantee for most of the products purchased in our website. The 30 days will begin once the package has been received, this will be based on the delivery time and date indicated by the delivery service provider.

Due to tightening of security measures by China’s customs, customers have experienced difficulties in returning products within 30 days. Please note that we will only process returned products once we receive it within the 30 days window. Please review your products and order with care.
Products that cannot be returned

The returned date is more than 30 days
The product has been opened or used (i.e. the seal has been broken)
The product or its packaging has been damaged, broken or are incomplete
Any products that has been specified non refundable
Free products that were obtained as a giveaway
In the event of any dispute, our Company has the final and conclusive right
We are sorry that we will deduct the shipping and handling charge of the original order when refunded. The returned product must be in their original packaging this includes any free giveaways or promotional discounted products. If the returned product without the free giveaway or promotional discounted products, we will deduct the value of that giveaway from the refund amount.
All products will be inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in prime condition before being shipped to our customers. If you find your product leaked, deteriorated or damaged due to delivery, please contact our customer service hotline (852)2499 9559. We will resend your package free of charge. The shipping cost of returning the product incurred will be maintained in your account for next purchase.
If the returned product is out of stock, we will refund the full amount back through your method of payment.
Refund Time (after return is received)
We will refund back to the original payment method at the time of purchase, however cheque is the only refund option for cash payments and cash deposits to our accounts. Once we submit a refund request for a credit card or cheque, it will take 3 to 4 weeks to complete the transaction.

Some orders might not be delivered due to imprecise destination details such as the recipient’s address, post box address, hotel address and any other issues that cause the recipient to be unreachable. Failing to declare to customs or pay customs duty may also result in the package being return.
When these products are returned due to the above reasons, we will deduct the shipping cost, handling charge of HK$25.00 if within Hong Kong or 15% of the total cost of the order for overseas customers. The remaining amount will be processed based on the Terms and Conditions for Refunds.
We can resend the order with an additional shipping charge when received your firm instruction. The shipping method and the address provided in the original order will also be reviewed to determine the shipping charges.
